A Conversation With ELAINE PAIGE

The Festival is thrilled to welcome Elaine Paige – actress, singer, producer, radio presenter and mega-star of musical theatre – to stunning Sydmonton Court, the private home of Andrew Lloyd Webber.

Award-winning Elaine Paige has starred in more smash-hit West End and Broadway musicals than anyone else of her generation. Her unique and major contribution to the development and production of the stage musical resulted in her being awarded an OBE for her services in 1995.

During this special lunchtime session, writer, broadcaster and interviewer Edward Seckerson – who has interviewed many stars of musical theatre, a topic on which he describes himself as ‘obsessive’ – is in conversation with this most prominent of Britain’s leading ladies about her life and career.
